Do I need an account to place an order?

  • Although you can place orders without opening an account, if you register with us you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders.

Can I place an order online?

  • Yes! We have a great online portal with hundreds of stock items to choose from. All you need to do is sign up, then our team will contact you with account forms to fill out, and then you can place your order!

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment email with your tracking number. Simply click on it and trace website where you can see the progress of your shipment. Please note, for Tracked 48 orders tracking does not show on the track and trace website for approximately 24hrs.
Yes. Please contact us via email or phone, and we may be able to organise something for you. We put our customers first and are always looking to help your experience be the easiest it can possibly be. 

All of our items are in their original packaging. There are only a few items available without a cellophane seal. This is because the manufacturer has chosen to produce the item like this. If you have any queries you would be able to check this and compare the item at any high street store.).

As a wholesale company we do not have the option of return but please reach out to us for exceptional situations.

Please note that we will not accept returns for damaged items that are not checked in and notified within 24 hours. Each damage claim is handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer any discounts for first time buyers at this time. We simply prefer to offer our best prices to all regardless of whether you are a new customer or not.

All the products on our webshop are original products. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes,colognes and cosmetics.

You can report the damage within 24 hours after the delivery.
